Soft skills according to Community Building
Community Building for Teams (CBT) is a group training in communication and soft skills that has been proven to increase the ability to better perceive one's own and others' emotions, react to them better and work with them. CBT thus increases the emotional intelligence of individuals and entire teams.
Better communication
CBT improves the ability to understand how others feel, to express one's own feelings clearly, and to resolve conflicts peacefully, creating a more harmonious workplace.
Stronger relationships
CBT helps build stronger, more positive relationships and the ability to feel understood and supported. This improves cooperation, mutual trust and achieves better team bonding.
Higher productivity
When people feel recognized and respected, they tend to address less basic needs such as a sense of safety and belonging. Thanks to this, they can devote their energy and attention to work tasks.
Mitigating conflicts
CBT participants manage their emotions better and deal with difficult situations more calmly. This means there are fewer arguments and less tension in the office, creating a calmer and more productive environment.
Emotional intelligence of the team
During each CBT, we analyze the dynamics of the team as well as the subjective perception of individual team members. Our standardized tests, interviews and questionnaires before and after traininglong-term evidence of the ability of CBT training to increase individual aspects of emotional intelligence on many levels.

REFERENCES OF PARTICIPANTS
Community Building by Scott Peck
For our work, we use the Community Building (CB) method from world-renowned psychiatrist and author Scott Peck.
Scott Peck created this method in the 1980s originally for therapeutic purposes. At CB Peck, we have further developed this method for application in the environment of teams of organizations and companies.
CB is a group process that increases emotional intelligence on many levels in an extremely short time. It leads to deeper and more authentic communication, allowing participants to better understand their emotions and the emotions of others. It creates unusual safety, mutual respect and a deep connection between participants.
