Our CBT training is ideal for exactly these situations, as experienced facilitators very gently guide participants to the desired goal without any prejudice or bias.

How does an open CBT seminar differ from a CBT training?

Open seminar CBT means it is open to the public. Its goal is personal development and mastering the guidelines of CB communication. For advanced participants, we also implement open CB seminars, where there are no exercises and only the Community Building process takes place. CBs for teams (CBTs) closed for the given group are not accessible to the public, participants outside the given organization/team cannot apply for them. And thanks to this, it is possible to adapt them to the needs of the team.
